The Rahet Bally Mama-to-Be-Program
This is Egypt's first & only carefully tailored strength & nutrition program for PREGNANT MOMS!
Program Details:
-Suitable starting your 4th month of Pregnancy till your delivery date
-Program duration is 6 weeks
-2 Sessions/week giving you a total of 12 sessions
[Every week is divided into one Session for strength and one is prenatal yoga followed by a spot-on topic discussion related to pregnancy, giving birth, nutrition, newborn care and so much more]
-Tailored Nutrition Plan to suit your exact needs and to keep you healthy & happy
-Mondays from 7-8 PM and Wednesdays from 7-8:30 PM
-Cost of the program is 2200 LE only using The Rahet Bally Card and 2300 LE without The Rahet Bally Card
-Drop in fees (per class fees) available for 200 LE
*Payment is made in cash on the first day on the program.

Directions:
Head towards Green Heights School. At the school find a round about and go left. Find a “manzal” go down the slope and park at the big round about on the left. The villa is on right hand side with a black metal gate. You will find decorations on the gate and a welcome sign.
